    Prime Dairy Products is the legal entity which, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), is considered the (“Controller”) as it determines the purposes and means of the processing of the personal data it collects from you, the “Data Subject.” “Data Subject” refers to the individual to whom the personal data pertains, and “personal data” refers to any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.

    For the “Controller,” processing your data legitimately and in accordance with the Federal Law is a top priority. This Privacy Notice supplements any other simplified or short privacy notices that the “Controller” may have made available to you as the data subject and shall prevail in all matters not expressly addressed in such notices.

  1. Purposes of the CLIENTS’ personal data processed by the “Controller”.
    The “Controller” collects your data for the following purposes:
    A) To provide the services you request, in accordance with the proposal presented to you by the Controller. These services may include the acquisition and information of raw materials;
    B) To maintain contact with you in order to inform you of new services related to those already being provided by the “Controller.”
  1. Personal data collected by the “Controller” from its clients.
    To fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, the “Controller” will use identification and contact personal data such as name, phone number, and email address.
  1. Sensitive personal data.
    The “Controller” informs you that, in order to fulfill the purposes set out in this privacy notice, it does NOT need to collect sensitive personal data from you.
  1. Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data.

    Your request must include: (i) your name and address or other means to communicate the response; (ii) documents proving your identity or, if applicable, your legal representation; (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise your rights; (iv) any other element or document that facilitates locating the personal data.

  1. Means to exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO Rights).
    You have the right to access your personal data held by the “Controller” and to know the details of its processing, as well as to rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; to cancel it when you believe it is no longer required for the purposes stated in this privacy notice, is being used for non-consented purposes, or to oppose its processing for specific purposes.

    The Personal Data Department of the “Controller” will provide you with all the necessary information to exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition regarding your personal data.

    The procedure for exercising these rights begins with the submission of the corresponding request, the format and timeline for which can be obtained from the Personal Data Department of the “Controller,” which can be contacted as indicated in point 6 of this privacy notice.

  1. Procedure for the data subject (client), if applicable, to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data.
    At any time, you may revoke the consent you may have granted to the “Controller” for the processing of your personal data. However, please note that not in all cases can your request be fulfilled or the use be immediately terminated, as it may be necessary to continue processing your data due to legal obligations.

    To revoke your consent, you must contact the Personal Data Protection Department of the “Controller” to learn the procedure for revocation of consent.

  1. Transfer of personal data.
    The “Controller” agrees not to transfer your personal data to third parties, unless required to do so to fulfill legal obligations before the competent authorities, such as tax or judicial, federal, or local authorities. Data may also be transferred without your consent in the cases provided under Article 35 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, including those mentioned in the preceding paragraph, which fall under the exceptions of said article, with the understanding that such transfers shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

    To protect your personal data, we have implemented administrative, physical, and technical security measures to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of your information.

 

  1. Modifications to the privacy notice.
    This privacy notice may undergo changes, modifications, or updates due to new legal requirements, the Controller’s own needs based on the services offered, privacy practices, or other causes. The “Controller” reserves the right to make necessary modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time.

  1. Right to file protection and verification procedures with the Institute.
    Any complaints or additional information regarding the processing of your personal data, or questions related to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties or its Regulations, may be directed to the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
